The Carbine CDL7200LL is a heavy duty BCA compliant mechanical code lock supplied complete with a Carbine Alpha internal lock and lever. Like the CDL7200-HD, it's built for high volume commercial use — cycle tested to exceed 100,000 openings, weather tested to 240 hours salt spray, and fire rated.

The key difference with the LL model is the internal Carbine Alpha lock, which allows the door to be locked from the inside independently of the code lock. Ideal for storerooms, offices and commercial spaces where you need both code-controlled entry and the ability to secure the door from within.

Two variants are available depending on your door configuration — standard strike or outward opening strike. Both are 60mm backset, Satin Chrome.

Important note on the external lever: The external lever features a security break point — it will shear off under excessive pull force to prevent forced entry. It should not be used as a pull handle on heavy doors. If your installation requires a pull handle, use an additional pull handle alongside this lock.
