Shipping Policy & Order Acknowledgement

 

Lockmart will stock common items. Due to large variations across all brands, handles/locks/finishes/sizes etc.. We simply cannot stock it all unfortunately! 

 

  • Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100 (excludes safes + bulky items)

  • Safes & heavy items: shipping calculated at checkout based on weight/location

  • Bulky/custom order items: freight quote confirmed by Lockmart Prior checkout / before dispatch

 

When you have placed your order;

  • If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of our working business days (Mon-Fri) - giving a tracking number once dispatched. 
  • If you have marked your order to be picked up in store - please wait for a confirmation text message, it is ready for collection. 

 

If your item is NOT in stock - we will process your order on the same business day, or next business day at latest with our supplier. Giving the quickest turn around time possible.

Approx. Dispatch Times (rough guide only):

  • 2-4 Business Days: Abus, ADI, Borg, Brava, Carbine, Lockton, Mardeco, McGrath, Nidus.
  • 4-5 Business Days: Allegion (Austral, Gainsborough, Schlage, etc.), DormaKaba, N2Lok, Zanda.
  • 5-7 Business Days: Assa Abloy Product (Lockwood, Yale, Whitco, etc.), Master Lock, Southern Design Group (Tradco, Iver,)
  • 7+ Business Days: Made To Order products.

Other factors that may delay dispatch/lead times;

  • Large orders with varying brands in 1 order.
  • Large orders with lots of "Keying Alike". This is done in house at Lockmart by Qualified Locksmiths. Your online order will take priority, but we also may have other orders at the same time!
  • Unforeseen stock issues with our supplier (We will do our best to notify you any lead times from suppliers, and any delays that may occur with ample time)
  • If your item is a custom item / made to order.
