Carbine CDL7200-HD Heavy Duty Mechanical Code Lock

The Carbine CDL7200-HD is a heavy duty mechanical code lock built for high volume commercial use. It's BCA compliant with levers on both sides, weather tested to 240 hours salt spray, fire rated, and cycle tested to exceed 100,000 openings — a significant step up from light to medium duty alternatives.

Code changes are done via a switch system on the rear of the pad — no disc swapping, just flick the switches. Ball bearing-style push buttons add resistance to code manipulation, and the larger body footprint means it retrofits cleanly over existing lockset holes including Carbine NK2000 and Lockwood 530 installations.

Supplied with your choice of 60mm or 70mm latch set. Available in Satin Chrome.

Important note on the external lever: The external lever features a security break point — it will shear off under excessive pull force to prevent forced entry. It should not be used as a pull handle on heavy doors. If your installation requires a pull handle, use an additional pull handle alongside this lock.
