106, 106C & 106B Gravity Hinges

Gravity hinge performance can vary with the environment, such as floor level and door weight. Allow a small drop in the hinge when setting out, per Metlam's installation guidelines.
Common specifications
SCP: Satin Chrome Plate. ANMB: Antimicrobial coated. Graphite is available on selected Moda products as a special order. Clean with a dry cloth only; chemical cleaners and abrasives such as steel wool can damage the finish and void the Metlam warranty.
