Description

The Lockwood 100 Series Fixed Pin Hinge is a heavy-duty architectural butt hinge built for commercial and residential doors that need a high-grade, long-lasting hinge. Made from stainless steel with a satin finish, it holds up well against corrosion and suits both interior and exterior doors.

The fixed (non-removable) pin means the door can't be lifted off its hinges by removing the pin. This adds security to outward-opening doors where the hinge knuckles are exposed.

Lockwood stainless steel hinges have been tested on fire door assemblies for up to 4 hours to AS 1905.1–1997 Fire-Resistant Doorsets. That makes them a dependable choice for fire-rated door projects.
